Cannot open main file

Main file refuses to open; remains stuck on 'journeying through chapters'. Have tried opening and closing the browser, restarting the computer, using a different browser, using a different computer. None of those work.

The underlying issue was that the novel project got too large. We're already planning on mitigating the issue in case this happens to other people in the future.

Hi there, from what I can see in our error logs the novel can't load due to an unknown error. Are you connecting to NC via wi-fi by chance? do other novels load just fine?
