When the browser window reaches a certain height (but not yet tall enough to display the full content), the "Tracking" tab of a codex entry is cut off. No scrollbar appears (as shown in screenshot) and scrolling does not work at all.

(If browser/OS is relevant, I'm on macOS Tahoe and the bug happens in both Safari and Firefox)
