Welcome to Novelcrafter -- 1st Question Options Confusing

I just logged in with the verification code from my email after signing up and the 1st question was "Have you ever written before?" Underneath, for clarification, it says, "Please let us know how much hand-holding you need as an author." I have a brain injury from Iraq, so I need a LOT of hand-holding! The 2 options I was going between were "Just for myself" and "I want to go commercial." The problem is, both are true. But IDK which provides the most hand-holding.
After an entirely too long chat with Nia, your Chatbot, who didn't seem to be familiar with this part of the site, she finally recommended I say I want to go commercial because she thought that would provide the most hand-holding. I am not sure since saying I've only written for myself would indicate less experience, but you pay a lot of money for that thing and I have no better answer, so... Please fix my settings if that isn't correct. I need hand-holding!!! Even as I write this, I question that choice. Good grief!
Anyway, the point is, that question isn't good. I can write for a job -- technical writing for a manufacturing company, for example, and still want to become a commercial writer. I could have never written before and want to become a commercial writer. Maybe make that a separate question? IDK, but that question really stressed me out and now I'm wondering if maybe I should change the answer to having just written for myself, going against Nia's suggestion, to get more hand-holding. IDK! EGAD! Okah, it's probably not an actual bug, but your website is messed up here and freaking out newbies.
