Timeline/Time Stamp

Otheres have suggested having a Timeline as part of the Codex, which I think is a fantastic idea! But I could really use a feature that allows me to put a Timestamp on each chapter. The Timestamp could be variable where teh creator can input the type of timestamp they want, ie: date, countdown, time, etc.

Codex World building Timeline

Cyan Locust
A timeline for the Codex that could help keep track of details before the book like historical events and date's that you might need a quick view to reference.

If the Codex Timline is ever added as a feature, then the Timestamp could just feed that Codex Timeline.

I'm not sure if this would be a separate feedback item, but what would also be helpful is a character timeline "map" that shows characters down the left and then the acts, chapters and scenes across the top.
It could provide a visual representation of the following:
Plot each character's path in the story in the context of other characters.
Determine critical meeting points/locations in the story where many characters are in the exact location.
Visually see where you may have forgotten entirely about a secondary or side character; the map might show a line for that character up until the middle of the story and then end, visually confirming that the character no longer appears in the rest of the story (the character mentions in the codex do already show this, I guess).
Mark critical locations on the map at specific points in the timeline and see character timelines converge on this location at that point in the timeline.
It's like a train rail map for the characters and locations across the story timeline. Sorry if this isn't making any sense.
I have attached an image that provides a sample of the concept.

Codex Timeline
Q

I would love the ability for the Codex to be able to generate a timeline of significant events. And the ability to manipulate that time line to add events that are not necessarily part of the current story, but have some relevance to the story's development... like significant historical events.

Yes! That would be awesome!
