When you search for a codex entry, the entry with the same word as the search should show up first.

Ex. If I type 'Potato' into the codex search, the entry titled 'Potato' should show up first, other entries that have 'Potato' in the description should show up second.

Also, there sould be an option to toggle off description in search filter.
