even if the export is a simple plain text dump of all the entries this would still be useful.

I would like this too so I could export my entire codex as a single document and upload it to an external LLM for RAG. The current export option exports every individual codex as a markdown file, which the LLM
can
ingest, it's just a real chore to gather each .md file up individually, esp. if you're world building with 100, 200+ codices.spaceemotion
Mint Dinosaur Does the current codex export not work for you? it already exports all contents, and even allows just exporting characters.

spaceemotion: I just found it. It is on a position, where I did not expect it. A gear suggests Options or Setup. I always searched for it in the big EXPORT section.
Thank you for the Tip. I found it now :-)

spaceemotion: Actually... an Export to Word (.doc) would be nice. the folder export with it's hunderets of files and broken images is not useful. All Thumbnails have 1 KB and are broken. The Text is not UTF-8 and has cryptic symbols.
spaceemotion
Mint Dinosaur: The wrong encoding is a bug, will be fixed in the next release. The thumbnails, however, they seem weird. have you extracted the full zip file before opening the
index.html
file? or just opened it from within the zip? Cause then it cannot find the actual images still living inside the .zip.Images in word are a bit tricky. will have to see how and when that's possible.

spaceemotion The images are unopenable. They have the .jpg extension, but Photoshop and the default Microsoft image viewer both say they are not valid jpg files.
