Right now only acts and chapters can be merged. Would be nice to have this for scenes, too.

We have merge with above (Chapter)
Would be useful to have same feature for scenes i.e. merge with above scene (In same chapter).

This needs evaluation regarding scene edit history. Should the old scene be archived and just the content copied over? This could confuse users that now end up with "duplicates" in the archive.
