Render Markdown in the Codex Description Box (Or at least, don't strip the symbols when copying from Workshop Chat)

As it says on the tin. Earlier today I noticed that the Notes box renders (some) Markdown, but the Description box strips and ignores it. Any chance we can get some formatting love in the Description box?

Codex / Prompts - Format text ability

Format text in Codex and prompts to give AI examples. Currently I use the below solution which is hit and miss.
Critical Hits:
You deal 25 damage to Cave Rat 1! (use italics for the damage number) Critical Hit! (use bold and italics for "Critical Hit!")
Status Effects:
Cave Rat 2 attacks! You take 8 damage! (use bold for this text)

in next release
You'll be able to use bold/italic, lists, quotes and whatnot in pretty much all text areas in the next release (codex descriptions, snippets, chat messages, ..)

As a side note, even if we _don't_ render the Markdown in the Description box, we should retain the Markdown symbols themselves when copying from Workshop Chat.
Notably, I've copied text from a Claude chat session on claude.ai, and it retains the symbols when pasting into a Codex Description box. I'm assuming, then, that the symbols are stripped from the incoming clipboard text when copied from Workshop Chat (even with the "Copy" button).
I'd like for the Markdown symbols to survive into the Description box, even if the Description box _doesn't_ render it (for whatever reason).

Quicksilver Boa The latest update actually copies the markdown into your clipboard, even if you only select a paragraph or two (previously it was using the native browser behavior).

spaceemotion I can't repro this. I clicked the Copy button on a Chat reply that had an ordered list, and the markdown was not copied into the clipboard, or it was discarded between copy and paste. Because when I paste the result into a Codex description box, the MD symbols are simply gone.
If I copy a workshop chat selection and paste it into, say, Typora, the formatting is retained.
If I copy MD from Typora (or other sources) into the Codex description box, the symbols are retained (though leading spaces are stripped, which breaks nested lists in MD).
