Set Novel Language Default for Account

Just a small QoL improvement in making the default Novel Language for new Novels set within the account settings.

Having that setting translate to something the AI will pick up on without being told to explicitly. I've got my language in NC set to "British English", yet the AIs systematically default to American English and I have to tell them to switch over. It seems that even a global codex entry to that effect (e.g. in prose style) doesn't guarantee the AI will use the right language...

(Or maybe I'm doing something wrong - I'm new here, what do I know? ;)

Having more default options like that would be good. We currently don't have a real "user management hub" or something, but defaults can be added to it when we do!
