Profitable Tiger: You can switch the novel language under the Novel Settings (Cog Icon in the top left corner) -> Writing Tab -> Language!

I translate original books in foreign languages to English.
I would like to be able to load and organize them in Novelcrafter then analyze them against our 12-Act structure and "Tinker" on the original foreign language narratives and translate them to proper English using GPT-4.
