Hi there, after 2 years of using Artisan, i’ve made the decision to go to Scribe membership - NC features are too amazing to give up totally but I’ve found that I just don’t use the AI enough to even go to Hobbyist. My Q is - my Artisan sub was meant to end on 17th Feb 2026, and I’ve just signed onto Scribe today and have already lost my Artisan features. Do I get a refund for the difference in pricing for the remainder of the time? And when will my new sub start and be charged please? Thanks.
