I pay by autopay monthly. Today is May 23rd. I paid on may 1st. I was in the middle of working on a manuscript when your website suddenly decided to kick me out and tell me that my subscription has expired. Please fix the glitch so that I can get back on. Or, If I need to re-subscribe, how will all seven of my books be saved to me? Please help.

Hi. I posted a comment and saw my profile name displayed. I figured out that it's anonymous but it's confusing bc a) it's displayed on the posted comment, at least for me, and b) the profile name is displayed rather than my username. Maybe username is for login but I think it uses my email address. Anyway, I'm confused. Maybe others are, as well.

I attempted pasting a table from google docs to NovelCrafter, but it didn't keep it as a table. What do I do?

I've made four new OpenAI fine tunes in the last few days. My earlier fine tunes all show up as available models under settings and prompt configuration, but not the new ones. I've reset my API key, deleted my OpenAI connection and reconnected, nothing seems to work. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi there, after 2 years of using Artisan, i’ve made the decision to go to Scribe membership - NC features are too amazing to give up totally but I’ve found that I just don’t use the AI enough to even go to Hobbyist. My Q is - my Artisan sub was meant to end on 17th Feb 2026, and I’ve just signed onto Scribe today and have already lost my Artisan features. Do I get a refund for the difference in pricing for the remainder of the time? And when will my new sub start and be charged please? Thanks.

I'm trying to generate a prompt that gives a percentage of the total word count as part of the summary so I'll know if the structure is balanced (as is seen here https://blog.karenwoodward.org/2019/12/story-structure-heros-journey.html ). But the AI doesn't seem to know the total word count (though I know it does, I can see it in the Review pane also for each scene). Any ideas?
