I've clicked 'generate prose' a few times before and it gave me a prompt saying I needed to connect it to a chat bot like Gemini. I attempted this and it told me to check in through my YouTube app? I tried this, but I failed miserably, failing to understand how to connect the two. When I attempted 'generate prose' again, a prompt then popped up and told me I tried too many times. After this, it won't give me the original prompt. It's been days. Help would this would be a life saver.

I have been building my novel '24 Hours to Burn' over serveral days. I was editing the prose for chapter 2 when suddenly the whole chapter dissapeared - hours of writing vanished. It is claimed the book is saved every few minutes but I cannot ssee anywhere to restore the book to the last saved version - can you help restore my chapter 2 please ?

I keep encountering this persistent error whenever I try to generate content, and it's becoming quite frustrating. Error Message: "Error running prompt: Error: 502 Provider 'Anthropic' returned an error: Overloaded" Would appreciate any help or insights on how to resolve this issue!

I'm getting to the end of a story I've been working on for ages, and I think to myself, " I'm not happy with the scene texts in the panel on the right when you plan a story, and they are not in sync with the story, I'll just go delete them and create new ones." shock horror, my whole story in the write section is now gone. I there any way to restore a backup from last night backup.

I keep getting the following error. I am unable to use Novelcrafter because I have lost so much work because of this error. Not only AI generated, but also the words I put into the generate the AI content. Work where I think it saved and when I go back, I find out it hasn't. I mentioned this on the Discord server, but I never heard back. I did read in the Discord server that two other people are having the same issue and wondered how long it will be before it is resolved? I haven't been getting good results for over a week now. BTW I'm not logged out, and it won't allow me to save. When it finally comes back, it's lost the work.

As above, as of this morning, I cannot edit change, delete or add to any field, as per above. Everything including scene descriptions is locked out. As if I am locked out...........yet I have an annual subscription! It is more than problematic as I've just sat down to do my structural edits this weekend. To confirm, this has only been present as at today, it was not present before yesterday's update OR for the balance of yesterday after the update to 1630 hours GMT when I last wrote. It is not my equipment, I’ve rebooted, logged back in etc. and all other websites seem to accept input, including this one!

ipad says I need to have an open router account, which I have already paid for. When I try to log into open router to see what's going on, it says I don't have an account. Not sure what's going on.

If I import part of a novel into novelcrafter, then continue the remainder of the narrative within the platform, will, say, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, 'read' the imported narrative to contextualise prompt outputs?
