Here's a sample of my work. Not the best but what I'm striving for:

The world feels different now, as if it is holding its breath. I feel the change, but I cannot place it. The pressure grows. The air is thick with something unspoken, and the walls press in. I stretch, but the space is shrinking. There is nowhere to go, nowhere to run. The world is ending, and I am too small to escape.
