Focus not changing when deleting Codex entry

Ever since the update yesterday (31 Oct), when I click on a Codex entry to delete it, the entry pops us (as normal). When I click on delete, the focus doesn't change to put the popup window on top of the codex entry window. The delete button is visible so the functionality is still available.
