A search-and-REPLACE option in Codex so we can change the names of characters / objects / locations universally across multiple entries with one click. It would save a lot of time instead of manually updating each separate Codex entry.

Add an ‘Insert chapter before’ option in the manuscript, so I can add a new chapter directly between two existing chapters without having to create it in Plan and drag it into place. This is especially important for long outlines where dragging across many chapters is slow and error prone. Please also add an ‘Insert scene before’ option for the same reason

If I find a better model and prompt combo, would be nice to resummarize all scenes in one shot.

When in matrix view, there should be a way to show additions, so that we could view the progress of changes. I need it mostly for subplot management, but it could be useful for other things. Now we can only see these changes in codex entries.

I use lines for things like age and occupation, since a text box would be too big for this stuff. It would be nice to have track of these progressions as you go later in the story. (I know someone already requested, but progressions shared along the series would go pretty well along with this).

There are times when a specific scene has a direct bearing on the current scene, and the AI needs to have it in the context to write appropriately. Example: context.scene.get("Chapter 5, Scene 2") or maybe context.scene.get(5, 2) where 5 is the chapter number and 2 is the scene number

Some beat outputs need to be lengthy, others to be short. The only way to adapt now is to have different prompts.with only this value changed. A better way would be to create a new variable available in the prompt system (with a default set in the prompt) and a ruler in the scene beat interface to adjust its value (bonus: a drop-down menu to select words/paragraphs/lines/verses). It could be written like this in the prompt: {length "default=400 words""}

Should have at least one guide on Chat. Indeed, it might warrant its own section of articles after the Codex section. It's so powerful, especially for brainstorming.

It's difficult to find anything if you have many. Someone suggested tags which would also be beneficial, but I'd like something like folders and categories looks like them.
